About Us

Broadening Access to Financial Participation

We built Lendee around a simple idea: opening access to financial systems that have traditionally been handled by banks and large financial institutions.

One of those systems is business receivables — the ongoing stream of payments businesses receive from customers under existing contracts. These payment streams have traditionally been purchased and managed by banks, financial institutions, and other large capital providers.

Through Lendee, individuals can now access and participate in these existing business payment streams.

An Accessible Marketplace

Lendee brings these receivables into a transparent marketplace, where you can browse and purchase these active contracts. You see all the details upfront: the business and customer payment history, the purchase price, scheduled payments, term, and potential margin.

You decide how much to participate

You can choose to purchase the full remaining contract or just a portion of its payment stream, giving you the flexibility to decide how much you want to participate.

Servicing is handled for you

Once you purchase, a servicer handles everything behind the contract. Payment tracking, billing, reminders, and recovery are managed end-to-end, while your scheduled payments flow into your Lendee Wallet as they are received.

By opening access to real business payment flows, Lendee is creating a more accessible way for individuals to participate in a part of the financial system that has traditionally been out of reach.
